We want you to love every item you receive from Moveora. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items: final sale items, underwear or bodysuits, and gift cards.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our customer care team at support@vibecloset.co, and include:

Photos, if relevant (e.g., for damaged items)
We’ll respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vibecloset.co. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
6. Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the specified timeframe:

7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—unfortunately, we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.
